GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A scheduling conference will be held Tuesday morning on Kanye West’s lawsuit seeking a place on November presidential ballot.
The state Elections Commission decided earlier this month that West missed the deadline for filing his nomination signatures by anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes on Aug. 4. West filed suit in Brown County, challenging the decision.
