GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The driver who police say hit and killed a bicyclist in a July 15th hit-and-run has been identified.
Police located the vehicle and driver believed to be involved on Wednesday. The driver was identified as Joshua A Yahsha of Bellevue.
Jordan Krebsky, 26, of Green Bay, was hit in the acciden on Bellevue St near Amy St and died at a local hospital days later.
The Green Bay Police Department is recommending charges of Hit and Run causing death to the Brown County District Attorney’s office.
The Green Bay Police Department extends thanks to the community for the tips that were called in reference to the incident. Police say it serves as a reminder that motorists involved in an accident have an obligation to stop and render aid.
