Construction on the 54-unit development started last fall and the first townhome residents are beginning to move into their homes this summer.
All of the townhomes are three-stories, ranging from 2,333 to 2,857 square feet. They include three bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths, and an attached oversized garage.
Prices are expected to start at $600,000.
