NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Neenah’s Police Chief Aaron Olson announced Saturday morning 34-year-old Donald Lee Billings was found by the Milwaukee Police Department and U.S. Marshals.
Billings was found in Milwaukee and arrested.
He is the suspect in a homicide investigation in Neenah that resulted in Adam Baith’s death.
Baith was killed in the early morning hours of June 22 in the 900 block of Adams St.
Billings is also charged with first degree intentional homicide.
