BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – As plans to build a bridge over the Fox River in southern Brown County progress, the public will get a chance to weigh in on the environmental impact report.
Brown County officials have set two meetings to discuss the report. A virtual meeting is set for Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m., on YouTube.
An in-person meeting is set for 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Brown County Fairgrounds in De Pere. Social distancing measures will be in place.
The bridge would eventually link up with Interstate 41 to the west. An interchange would be built while I-41 is expanded between De Pere and the Fox Valley, a project which is set to start in 2025.
