GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Brown County Sheriff’s Deputies have made more arrests related to a May 31st riot on the east side of Green Bay.
Deputies arrested 26-year-old Dakota Vandertie on Tuesday. Vandertie is alleged to be the man seen on video throwing a tear gas canister back at police who were attempting to get a crowd near the Marathon Gas Station on East Walnut Street to disperse after the store was looted and shots were fired outside.
Officials are still searching for a man seen on video breaking the window of a police K-9 squad car. Images and video of that suspect have been released.
