HOBART, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – LaserForm LLC held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new facility on Packerland Drive in the Village of Hobart on Tuesday.
The Green Bay machinery company is making the transition to increase space.
“Our current facility is maxed out as far as we can go on the property,” said Ken Destiche, owner of LaserForm LLC.
“Basically we went from 40,000 square feet to 76,000 square feet here. We are adding a couple of million dollars of new equipment and of course the building itself.”
The company’s owner says it needed the extra space to keep up with customer demand.
LaserForm expects the facility to add ten new jobs to the area.
Construction is expected to wrap up by November.
