APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Authorities arrested two people allegedly responsible for an armed robbery at the Appleton Boost Mobile store earlier this month.
Marquis D. Lewis, 24, is in custody in the Sheboygan County Jail and 23-year-old Daniel D. Patrykus is in custody in the Cook County Jail in Chicago.
Police say they are referring charges of armed robbery against the men. Formal charges have not been filed.
Officers were called to the Boost Mobile Store in the 600 block of W. Wisconsin Ave. on April 17 for a theft complaint. When officers arrived, they were told by an employee that two men wearing masks had entered the store, robbed them and ran off. The employee said they saw a gun in one of the men’s back pockets.
