ROCKFORD, IL (WTAQ) — A suspect in a Green Bay homicide has been captured in Illinois.
Waylon Wayman was arrested Sunday in Rockford in connection with the April 1st killing of a man in the area of Clinton St. and 12th St. in Green Bay.
Wayman is being held in Illinois pending extradition to Wisconsin.
Wayman was who police were searching for earlier this month when SWAT team officers helped serve a search warrant at a home in the 2300 block of Hampton Avenue on April 7th.
