APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man who crashed his vehicle – and admitted he was drunk behind the wheel with three kids in the truck – has been convicted.
Gustavus Dalton is pleading no contest to two counts of injury of intoxicated use of a vehicle.
Two girls, ages 4 and 6, were flown for treatment of injuries. They were not in booster seats. Another 3-year old who was in a car seat suffered minor injuries.
Sentencing is set for May 18th.
