OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Frigid temperatures are being blamed for a partial water main break near the playground at Perry Tipler Middle School in Oshkosh.
City officials took steps to allow the school to continue with water access through their previously scheduled early release on Wednesday. Classes and after-school activities for Perry Tipler and ALP Charter School are canceled for Thursday, while crews work to repair the break. Classes will resume Friday.
