MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ/WLUK) — Twin brothers from Michigan have been arrested in Manitowoc County following a fatal crash that killed a woman.
Corey Knepp and his twin brother, Tyler Knepp were arrested after they were found fighting Saturday on an I-43 northbound off-ramp.
Investigators say the car was previously involved in a rollover crash on I-43 near Cooperstown. Officials say Corey Knepp was driving when it entered the ditch and overturned.
A passenger in the vehicle, 29-year-old Emily Lapointe from Iron River, Michigan, was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.
