GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – An Iron Mountain man is facing charges after unruly behavior at the Packer game Monday.
26-year-old Ethan Lindquist has been charged with attempted battery to a law enforcement officer and emergency rescue worker as well as disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Police were called for a man who was angry about being refused additional drinks at 1919 Kitchen and Tap.
The bartender told police that he felt Lindquist had too much to drink.
An arrest attempt was made on Lindquist after he left the restaurant yelling obscenities.
Officers say he resisted being handcuffed and threatened to kill the officers. He also allegedly attempted to bite one of the officer’s leg.
During the ride to the jail, he used one vulgar term directed at a female officer at least 150 times, repeatedly pounded his head against the plastic divider in the squad, and continued to threaten the officers, according to the complaint.
