GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Five Green Bay residents were sentenced for meth use.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety served arrest warrants on two individuals during a drug bust back in November. Police took 27-year-old Alex Pociopa and 26-year-old Mariah Becker into custody.
Two others, 25-year-old Cole Rittenhouse and 26-year-old Konkapot Betz were found hiding in a bedroom at the time and information led police to Betz’s supplier 36-year-old John Otto .
60 grams of meth, handguns, cash and digital scales were found in the residence.
- Betz was sentenced to 12 years in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release
- Otto was sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release
- Pociopa was sentenced to 5 years in prison, followed by 8 years of supervised release
- Rittenhouse was sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release
- Becker was sentenced to 5 years in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release
Betz and Otto’s sentences were based in part of their possession of firearms.
