TOWN OF WINTER, WI (WSAU) — The Department of Justice has issued a silver alert for a man who wandered from a Town of Winter hotel last week.
Norbert “Tony” Anthony Dantzman was last seen Friday at around 10 AM. Officials say he was traveling to a family reunion. He’s described as a white male who is 5’11 and 136 lbs with grey hair and brown eyes.
Officials say he may be hitchhiking, and because his direction of travel remains unclear they have expanded the alert statewide.
Dantzman is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He is also without his ID or any cash. If you believe you have seen him, please call 911 or the Sawyer County Sheriff’s office at 715-634-5213.
