ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A four-story office building is being proposed for the corner of Oneida Street and Marvelle Lane in Ashwaubenon.
Nifong Realty would like to demolish and replace its current one-story building on the property.
The plan requires village approval because the building would exceed Ashwaubenon’s height limit of 36 feet.
A neighborhood meeting for the request is going to be held August 28th at 6:00 pm at the Ashwaubenon Community Center.
Dave Holzem, of Nifong Realty, tells FOX 11 the building is almost 50 percent leased. He did not want to name the tenants.
Holzem says the building will primarily be offices, but there could be a retail opportunity on the first floor of the 45,000-square-foot building.
He says the building would have more of a historic look.
The goal is to start construction in October and be completed in the fall of 2020.
