APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – The suspect in a Black Creek standoff was charged on Friday.
26-year-old Wayne Figlinski faces three felony and three misdemeanor counts for the incident.
The most serious counts include strangulation and making a threat to law enforcement officers.
Deputies say that on Thursday, a father and his 26-year-old son got into a physical fight over a gun that the son had threatened his father with.
After a standoff of several hours, in which he allegedly threatened deputies with a gun, Figlinski was taken into custody.
