KAUKAUNA, WI (WTAQ) – A Kaukauna husband and wife are being called heroes for quick thinking during a fire Thursday Afternoon.
Kaukauana firefighters were called to a garage fire on Sullivan Avenue and found that the fire was already put out when they arrived.
The husband put out the fire with an extinguisher and removed other flammable liquids from the garage while using water to dump on the fire.
The wife got everyone out of the home.
Nobody was injured and only minor garage damage was reported.
