The Green Bay Packers now have all but one of their draft choices under contract. On Monday, the team announced the signing of offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins, taken in the second round out of Mississippi State.
That leaves only third round pick, tight end Jace Sternberger from Texas A&M without a deal.
The Packers have also claimed safety Mike Tyson off waivers from the Houston Texans. Tyson played in ten games with a pair of starts last season in Houston. He was originally a sixth round draft pick out of Cincinnati, taken by the Seattle Seahawks in 2017 but spent that season on the practice squad. After he was released, the Texans brought him to the practice squad last year but was quickly activated in 2018.
To make room on the off-season 90 man roster, the Packers waived undrafted rookie free agent wide receiver Matthew Eaton,.
