MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – The man charged in connection to the murders of a father and daughter in Manitowoc is now asking for a new judge.
35-year-old Karl Hess allegedly killed both Richard and Jocelyn Miller during a robbery on September 7.
Hess was supposed to have a preliminary hearing Wednesday, but it has been delayed following a substitution request.
According to court records, no new judge has been assigned at this time.
