APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – It was announced Monday that a hit Broadway musical is set to make its Wisconsin premiere this fall.
The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has announced that “Hamilton” is scheduled to run at the venue this October.
Fox Cities P.A.C. president Maria Van Lannen says, “We are so excited to announce another amazing lineup of performances. Our shows this season are designed to help audiences learn more about themselves, from celebrating their deep-rooted heritage to deciding what legacy they will leave behind.”
Featured in the 2019-2020 season are a trio of shows: Boldt Arts Alive! Series, Spotlight Series, and Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America-Fox Cities Series.
“We invite our community to make this their gathering place to enjoy exceptional live experiences together,” says Van Lannen.
“The Phantom of the Opera” is scheduled to be put on in December and the Tony and Grammy award-winning musical “Dear Evan Hansen” will play in 2020.
