OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Collectors and artists had old sporting and hunting equipment on display Saturday.
They showcased them at the Wisconsin Decoy and Sporting Collectibles Show in Oshkosh.
Artists presented their hand-carved duck decoys to the attendees, and had the detail oriented decoys for sale.
“I look at it as artwork. And I love the old days, and these birds just have so much character, so that’s why I am up here today, to talk to great people, learn as much as I can about decoys, and see as many different birds and varieties as possible,” said Jeremy Bergum.
Presenters also had fish and sturgeon decoys, as well as other artwork available.
