SHAWANO, WI (WTAQ) – A motorcyclist was killed as he was trying to pass a truck in Shawano Sunday night.
The crash happened around 8:30 on S. Airport Drive, south of E. Richmond Street.
Police say 31-year-old Justin Kleczka was traveling southbound on Airport Drive and while attempting to pass a truck, struck the back end of the vehicle.
Police report Kleczka was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
