BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 28-year-old Greenleaf woman will proceed to trial on charges she drunkenly hit an officer with her vehicle.
Kalin McGuire allegedly struck Ashwaubenon Public Safety Officer Brian Murphy as he responded to a car fire along I-41 on July 22.
Murphy was released from the hospital Thursday after being injured in the crash.
McGuire is scheduled to be arraigned September 5.
