OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Oshkosh Police has issued a warrant for a 19-year-old man in connection with a shooting investigation.
Officers are looking to arrest Daniel Billings on charges of Attempted First Degree Reckless Injury and Armed Burglary, both as a party to a crime.
Investigators say the shooting took place July 27 in the 500 block of Hobbs Avenue.
Billings is an African American who is described as six feet tall, 307 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone encountering Billings is urged to use caution.
