WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 21-year-old Oshkosh man has been convicted of causing multiple injuries to his two-month old daughter.
Investigators say hospital staff found that Richard Root’s baby had nine broken ribs and other severe injuries, including a broken arm and broken leg.
Root will be sentenced October 20.
