OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A competency exam has been ordered for the 40-year-old Oshkosh man who was reportedly found sleeping naked inside an Appleton home.
Bradley Braxton allegedly broke into a Memorial Drive residence earlier this month, drinking whiskey and eating a blueberry muffin before falling asleep.
The exam will determine if Braxton is able to understand the legal proceedings and assist in his own defense.
It will not shed light on his mental state at the time of the alleged crime.
Braxton’s next court activity will be scheduled once the test results return.
