OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Oshkosh Police have named a suspect in a December beating.
Investigators believe 29-year-old Michael Thor is in California but has ties to Oshkosh.
Officers say four men attacked a 20-year-old Greenville man in the 400 block of West Lincoln Avenue during the early hours of December 11.
