OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 52-year-old Fond du Lac man has been convicted of driving drunk for an 11th time.
Steven Johnson pleaded no contest Wednesday to one felony count of OWI 10th Offense or More while a second charge was dismissed.
Johnson was arrested January 1 following a traffic crash in downtown Appleton.
His blood alcohol level was over three times the legal limit.
Despite ten convictions/revocations between 1990 and 2006, Johnson did have a valid license at the time of the January arrest.
Johnson faces up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced June 2.
