HOWARD, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities have identified the two men were killed after a crash in Howard Sunday night.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office says the driver was 24-year-old Jamie Spencer Jr., of Ashwaubenon. The passenger was 22-year-old Alexander Neiman, of Green Bay.
The crash happened around 9 p.m. in the 2000 block of Memorial Drive.
A witness says the vehicle missed a curve, went over a guardrail and ended up upside down in the Beaver Dam Creek, on the east side of Memorial Drive.
Officials believe speed and alcohol may have been factors.
The investigation continues.
