UNDATED (WTAQ) – An Appleton man will spend a decade in federal prison for possessing stolen firearms.
35-year-old Cory M. Yant and others broke into Jon’s Gun Shop in Oshkosh back on May 25, 2015 and stole 11 semi-automatic firearms, prosecutors say.
Those involved in the burglary, including Yant, sold the stolen guns on the street; some to convicted felons.
Yant will begin his 10-year sentence after he has finished serving a 4-year sentence in state prison for crimes committed in Calumet, Outagamie and Brown counties.
