OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – An armed robbery suspect who put schools on lockdown Tuesday has been arrested.
Oshkosh police say a 54-year-old man was taken into custody at a hotel in connection with a robbery at Hometown Pharmacy, 1823 Jackson Street, around 11:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Authorities said a man robbed the pharmacy at gunpoint, but didn’t say what he took. The man’s name has not been released.
The robbery on Tuesday led to Oaklawn and Oshkosh North High schools to go into lockdown because of their proximity to the incident.
