OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A new attorney is being asked for by the man accused of causing a fatal standoff with Neenah police late last year.
In court Monday, Brian Flatoff was expected to enter a plea to 16 charges, including three of attempted murder.
Instead, Flatoff is asking for a new attorney without actually having one. His arraignment was re-scheduled for April 11.
Back on December 5, Flatoff triggered a standoff at Eagle Nation Cycles where he allegedly opened fired on two officers.
One man, M.L. Funk, was shot and killed by police officers during the incident.
