OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) – A Pulaski man charged with causing a fatal hit-and-run crash last month waived his preliminary hearing in court Tuesday.
Joseph Anderson was ordered to stand trial and will enter a plea on January 14.
Anderson is accused of hitting and killing George Birr on County Road S near Sobieski on December 21.
Police got a tip a few days later, which led them to Anderson.
