BELLEVUE, WI (WTAQ) – No children were hurt when their school bus crashed into a light pole in Bellevue Tuesday morning.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Department says it happened on Klondike Road, near Garden Grove Lane, at the Green Bay Country Club.
Nearly 50 kids were on board the bus at the time, who were being driven to the country club so they could use the pool.
The bus driver was looking for other cars that were pulling in and out of the parking lot and didn’t see the light pole and slammed into it.
The bus sustained minor damage, while the pole needed to be repaired.
