BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 24-year-old Green Bay man is heading to trial on charges he had drugs in his system when he caused a fatal Glenmore crash last August.
Jonathan Mateo was allegedly driving 90 miles per hour when he rolled his vehicle after getting upset during a conversation with his girlfriend about their relationship.
Samantha Rodriguez was ejected from the vehicle and died.
Mateo is scheduled to be arraigned September 11.
