MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – A Manitowoc cheerleading coach was arrested Wednesday in a child sex sting, and now officials are looking for any additional victims.
29-year-old Eric Fisher met with an investigator on Wednesday and was taken into custody after posing as a 15-year-old girl for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity.
The school received a report earlier in the month from a juvenile student, that Fischer sent her inappropriate messages on social media.
A number of charges are being recommended by deputies against Fisher, including attempting to expose a child to harmful material and using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime.
Fisher is employed by Galaxy All-Star Cheerleading in Manitowoc and at this time he has not been formally charged in the case.
