MADISON, WI (WSAU) — A Lyft driver in Madison has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman whom he had just given a ride.
Hassen Ahmed was arrested early Sunday morning after he dropped the woman off at her apartment. According to the victim, Ahmed asked if he could use her bathroom, then assaulted her after he got in her apartment.
The woman called the police and provided a description of the suspect to police, leading to his arrest.
The 28-year-old faces two charges of second-degree sexual assault.
