Green Bay Police say the public should not consider themselves in danger because the shooting does not appear to be random, but he knows that incidents like this put communities on edge.
“There is a lot of unintended victims when stuff like this happens,” Warych said. “All the people that live in the 1800 block of Western Avenue are probably afraid to walk down the street because this happened and we don’t want that.”
He says they need to look into what they can do to prevent incidents like this before they start.
