KAUKAUNA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – More development is on the way for Kaukauna’s Commerce Crossing business park.
Aurora BayCare Medical Center plans to build a new clinic, surgery and urgent care center on land near the Interstate 41/Hwy. 55 interchange.
The 72,000-square-foot building is scheduled to be built on a 17-acre parcel of land.
Dan Meyer, president of Aurora BayCare Medical Center, said in a news release…
“In a growing community like Kaukauna and the surrounding area, it’s important for high-quality health care to also be local. This proposed new facility increases access to integrated health care for our current patients in Outagamie County and provides options for employers and residents in this vibrant region.”
The facility will offer a lengthy list of medical services including outpatient surgery, urgent care, primary care, specialty care, physical therapy, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, lab services, and diagnostic testing, including mobile MRI.
It is expected to open in the summer of 2020.
Commerce Crossing is at the site of the former Fox Valley Greyhound Park dog-racing track, which closed in the 1990s.
