WAUPACA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Oshkosh man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly driving his motorcycle while under the influence.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, this is 44-year-old Benjamin Kuhn’s fourth OWI offense.
Kuhn was pulled over around 6:45 p.m. on County Highway K, south of State Highway 22, in the city of Waupaca. A trooper stopped Kuhn for passing in a no-passing zone.
After making contact with Kuhn, the trooper “observed multiple indicators of impairment” and conducted standardized field sobriety tests, which indicated Kuhn was impaired.
Along with the suspected OWI, Kuhn is also being held on an order-to-detain issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
