GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Green Bay police say there’s no evidence to indicate foul play was involved in the death of a 70-year-old man who was recovered from the Fox River last week.
On July 1, police were dispatched to Leicht Memorial Park just before 4:30 p.m. after a passerby reported finding a body in the water. The body was recovered from the water minutes later by first responders.
The name of the deceased is being withheld at the request of the next of kin.
No further details are expected to be released at this time.
