TOWN OF MAPLE CREEK, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Two people were hospitalized after a crash in Outagamie County.
It happened around 5 p.m. Tuesday on County Trunk D near County Trunk K in the town of Maple Creek.
Investigators say an SUV was traveling south on County Trunk D, when the vehicle left the road and crashed into a tree.
The driver, a 49-year-old Bear Creek man, was flown to a local hospital with serious injuries. The passenger, a 50-year-old Bear Creek woman, was also sent to the hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities believe alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
