GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — The Green Bay Police Department is recommending that the common council not renew the liquor licenses for two local establishments.
Stage 1, located at 231 N. Broadway and owned by Alexander Graziano, had 18 violations between April 2024 and May 2025. These included noise complaints, physical altercations, and even a weapons call where someone shot a round through the bar. It was later discovered a patron was struck.
At Jam Rock, located at 700 Bodart, owner Recordo Neil is facing battery and endangering safety charges after a fight in January 2024 where he got into a physical fight with a patron and pulled a gun.
If the Green Bay common council votes to deny the licenses at their Tuesday night meeting, the owners of both establishments can appeal within 30 days. The appeal will be heard before the Protection and Policy Committee and Common Council.
All liquor licenses in Green Bay run from July 1 to June 30.
