LITTLE WOLF, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A person died and another was injured after a pickup truck rear-ended a tractor in Waupaca County.
It happened just after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on State Highway 22-110 a Fuhs Road in the town of Little Wolf.
Preliminary investigation determined the crash involved three northbound vehicles: a pickup truck, a passenger vehicle, and a tractor.
Deputies say the pickup truck rear-ended the tractor, causing both the driver and passenger of the tractor to be ejected.
The passenger of the tractor was then struck by the passenger vehicle.
The male passenger of the tractor was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
