Green Bay Packers
(WTAQ-WLUK) — According to the Green Bay Packers, Dick Jauron, who served under three Green Bay head coaches as a defensive backs coach, has died.
Jauron was with the Packers from 1986-1994, and reportedly died after a brief battle with cancer, according to the Daily Item of Lynn, Massachusetts.
Packers historian Cliff Christl reports that Jauron was hired by head coach Forrest Gregg and retained by two successors, Lindy Infante and Mike Holmgren.
Jauron was the head coach of the Bears from 1999-2003 and the Buffalo Bills from 2006-2009.
