Jason Lindemann PC: Fox 11 Online
OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Jason Lindemann will pay $11,702.79 in restitution to the victims of a boat crash on the Fox River, a judge ruled.
Lindeman was sentenced to five months in jail, three years on probation, and ordered to perform 150 hours of community service for the July 9, 2022 crash between his powerboat and the On The Loos paddlewheel cruise boat.
Although the sentencing was in August, the court did not decide the issue of restitution until a hearing Wednesday, court records show.
