(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – Monday was fascinating day in the Green Bay Packers locker room from cornerback Jaire Alexander questioning whether or not he’ll be back for the 2025 season and Kiesean Nixon saying he no longer wants to return kicks to tight end Tucker Kraft addressing the end result of the 2024 season.
First, Kraft talked about what’s ahead for him.
Kraft then talked about whether or not the 2024 season was a failure.
He said he’s not happy with 1-and-done with the playoffs.
Kraft also talked about what he’s ready to do to make 2025 better.
Kraft also said the mistakes happened is due to a lack of concentration.
And the cause of the slow starts?
And in this corner: Kickoff returner and cornerback Kiesean Nixon said that he doesn’t want to return kickoffs any longer. He wants to be cornerback No. 1.
Nixon talked about the future of the defense.
He said that players bought into Jeff Hafley’s defense,
Player signings: The Green Bay Packers have signed DL Deslin Alexandre, S Omar Brown, DL James Ester, CB Kamal Hadden, K Alex Hale, G Marquis Hayes, WR Julian Hicks, G/T Donovan Jennings, WR Cornelius Johnson, CB Kalen King, DL Jeremiah Martin and TE Messiah Swinson to reserve/future contracts. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Monday.
All 12 players finished the season on the Packers’ practice squad.
