(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – The Green Bay Packers take on the New Orleans Saints tonight at Lambeau Field.
The Packers come in to the game with a 10-4 record while the Saints are 5-9.
Packers quarterback Jordan Love talked about facing Saints defensive end Cam Jordan and a defense that can sack the quarterback.
The Saints have 37 sacks on the season while the Packers have 40.
Love also talked about how the Packers with a win can clinch a wild card spot.
The Packers also need to win to stay a game ahead of the Washington Commanders who are 10-5 and after yesterday’s win over the Philadephia Eagles and sit just a half game behind Green Bay.
Run the ball: You might get to see a heavy dose of Packers running back Josh Jacobs.
How come? The Saints are vulnerable to the run, allowing 4.9 yards per carry. They have also allowed 15 runs of more than 20 yards this season.
Packers running back Josh Jacobs says they should keep handing him the ball because he’s not looking to preserve himself for the playoffs.
Jacobs added that he’s anxious for the playoffs with the Packers.
The Packers head into tonight’s game as a 14 ½ point favorite.
