FOX CROSSING, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A prominent Fox Valley construction company will have new leadership in the new year.
Miron Construction announced Wednesday that CEO Dave Voss will take the position of former CEO on Jan. 1. He will remain involved with the company as part of a multi-year succession plan.
“Miron Construction has been my life’s work, and I am infinitely proud of what we’ve built,” Voss said in a news release. “I know the future is in good hands with the entire leadership group, as they have the vision, experience, and heart to lead Miron toward ongoing success. I’m excited to play a new role in the future of the organization, and in support of the Miron family. They have given me so much to be grateful for, and the evolution of my role will allow me the time and space to celebrate their ongoing commitment to building legacies.”
Voss, grandson of company founder Patrick Miron, has been involved with the company for nearly 50 years.
Beginning next year, Miron’s corporate officers will be:
Tim Kippenhan – President & Chief Operating Officer
David Voss III – Vice President & Chief Construction Operating Officer
Dan Voss – Secretary & Chief Executive Officer
Dean Basten – Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer
